Outlook 2003; News(group) missing from Go Menu

Two questions;

1- Is there a way to return Outlook 2003 menus / toolbars to the factory
default condition?

2- The News(group) selection option disappeared from my menus. I followed
the "help" suggestions and went into Menu Customization screens and tried to
locate the News option, but it was no where to be found. Outlook Express is
running fine, but I cannot invoke it from within Outlook as I was able to do
on my earlier version of Outlook.

Yes.
