Outlook 2003 - Newsreader?

New Outlook 2003 user on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 computer.

It doesn’t look as though Outlook 2003 includes a news reader.
Correct?

If so, what’s the easiest way to get microsoft.public news feeds?
Windows Live Mail?

The NNTP server which you need to configure is;
msnews.microsoft.com

Yes - live mail is the easiest as it is preconfigured for the Microsoft
Communities newsgroups.

As an alternative solution you can try MAPILab NNTP for Outlook
http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/nntp/

This add-in allows you to read and post messages to newsgroups from
Microsoft 2003.
