Outlook 2003 - no search results

Outlook 2003 11.6359.6360 SP1 on WinXP SP2
Backend: Exchange 2003 - 6.5 Build 7638.2 SP2

I have a user for which a simple search or an advanced search returns
ZERO, nada, zilch results. The client just sits there with the
magnifying glass taunting me like it's actually doing something, but
never stops and never returns any results. It also appears that none
of the users in that particular store can search and get results.

My research for an answer has turned up nothing. I'm guessing I need
to run an isinteg on the store?

If so, with what switches and is there anything else I should do?
