When I start outlook after starting computer, send and receive work well. But
subsequently Outlook will not receive emails. It will send. Clicking "send
and receive" does not work.
There is mail waiting to be received as I can get it through Comcast
webmail, but not my OUTLOOK desktop.
If I reboot, it will work once.
I downloaded Outlook updates and did a Microsoft fix.
What else can I do to fix it?
