Outlook 2003 not downloading e-mails after WinXP SP2 Update

After installing sp2, Outlook only temporarily downloads my POP3 e-mail.
When I start outlook the automatic Send/Receive will probably download all my
messages, but, after 2 or 3 times, outlook will no longer download messages
saying that there is a problem locating the server (error no. 0x800CCC0F).
My only solution to date is the shutdown and restart outlook, however, it
only gives me one e-mail download before it acts up again. It is not an ISP
problem, as we have two computers on the same network, one with SP2 and one
without, and only the SP2 PC is giving me problems, even to the same POP
server.

I am also running Norton Systemworks 2005 Premier and Zone Alarm Pro 5.5. I
have reinstalled, and unistalled and installed again all of these programs,
including Outlook 2003 and nothing has worked.

Please help. I have not found any information in any of the knowledge bases
or the forums of these three companies or online, so I am putting my own post.

Thanks in advance.

It didn't.

But, I found my own solution. It turns out that Zone Alarm Pro 5.5 does not
like this combination of programs. It was also interfering with GoToMYPC. I
uninstalled ZAPro 5.5 and Reintstalled ZAPro 5.1, and everything works
perfectly.
