Have Outlook 2003. Had a nasty malware infection. Local PC service got rid
of it (supposedly). Now when initiate Outlook, it comes up fine. But when
click Send/Receive it hangs up almost every time at 50%. Hourglass forever.
Difficult to shut down. Must use Task Manager to End Task. No error
message. Cycle through 5-7 times, finally will retrieve or send my e-mail.
But don't shut down or will have to go through entire process again.
De-installed and re-installed (from CD) Office 2003. No help. Do I need a
new computer?
