I created a new Exchange mail account, in addition to my
POP3 email accounts (Exchange account newly added today).
Once complete, the IP address to host was resolved fine,
etc., but for some reason was not able to connect. I
closed Outlook to reboot machine (running MS 2000), but
when tried to restart Outlook - it just sits there (Not
Responding). When I close Outlook via Task Manager or
Application Recovery Tool, it tries to open in Safe Mode
or go through recovery process, shows successful, but
never opens. Resolution...Ideas???
