Outlook 2003 not putting downloaded mail in inbox, leaving on server...

I got a problem with Outlook 2003 this morning. There was no problems with Outlook until now. Whenever I do the Send/Recieve button, Outlook will go through the motions of downloading the messages but not move them to the Inbox. The messages will stay on the server.

I thought that it may be a server problem, so I tried it with Outlook Express and it worked fine. I created a new XP profile with Outlook 2003 and it worked fine. I even uninstalled Office 2003 and reinstalled it, but it had the same problem

Anyone got any ideas for what is happening with my original Outlook? I would really like to keep this profile to save the hassle of copying everything in another one.
