Outlook 2003 not putting my email address in From: field

Messages I send with Outlook 2003 have a From: line that looks like
this:

From: "Daniel Drucker"

That is to say, they're missing the email address. The "Sender:" line
is fine - only the From line is malformed.

Anyone know why this might be happening?
