I have a cable modem connection/Outlook 2003/Norton Internet Security 2005.
Does anyone know why my incoming emails are not automatically downloaded on
launching Outlook?
I have to do an F9 or manually click on Send/Receive.
I have checked under Options and the 'Send immediately when connected'
option is checked. Send/Receive settings is set to automatically check for
new messages every 5 minutes.
Any guidance gratefully received.
