IWe have Just introduced Office 2003 into our environment and I hope that
someone can help us with our problem... The problem is with Outlook 2003. We
currently use Rightfax as our faxing software from and to the desktop. Every
time a fax is recieved in outlook, outlook freezes causing us to CTR-ALT-Del
and terminate Outlook.
Another problem we are having is that outlook is set to use word as its
editor. When my PC starts up I have Windows XP open my outlook and work
separately at startup. When I go to create an email and then proceed to send
it, for some reason the instance of word running in the background shuts
down.
Please, can anyone help me?????
