Outlook 2003 not showing colored fonts

Hi all,
We have a user who is on Outlook 2003 who is not receiving colored
fonts from another user although others are seeing it fine. Is there a
special setting in Outlook 2003 which might be blocking these colored
fonts?
I did insure the option "Read all standard mail in plain text" was NOT
checked.
