Only with some users (maybe 10%), when they receive an email image
within message body, it gives the dreaded red x.
Troubleshooting:
I have checked the setting Tools>Options>Security>Change Automatic
Download Settings - all okay
Recreated a new mail profile - still red X
Changed "userprofile.prf" file to old. I have mixed results with this,
it resolves the issue fro some, but not others.
Changed Roamingprofile to .old - again mixed results
Pictures come through fine in OWA, so I don' think it's to do with
exchange,
I think it's prob going to be a corrupt file somewhere in the profile -
any ideas which file?
