Outlook 2003 (Office 2003 Pro) .. Junk Mail filter no longer working

Hello,

I recently got Office 2003 pro ... with it of course Outlook 2003.

I installed it all and for the first few weeks, Outlook 2003 Junk Mail
filter was set to HIGH and working great. It caught all the junk / spam I
get everyday.

Sometime, perhaps immediatley afterwards, I added 'rules' to deliver certain
mail to certain folders (I have 6 pop accounts, each with a folder, so when
mail arrives for WHATEVER account, deliver to folder WHATEVER etc) the junk
mail simply stopped working.

This is highly odd and very dissappointing. I even killed all the rules,
but the junk mail still gets thru, even tho I have tried HIGH and EXCLUSIVE
settings. What happened to its excellent filter abilities?

can anyone help with this?
