I HAVE ALREADY POSTED THIS IN THE "OUTLOOK" NEWS GROUP
WITH NO SUCCESS ON A REPLY.
after installing office 2003 and setting up the outlook
mail account, went in to edit the e-mail account and
the "SYNC ISSUES" folder and subfolders appeared. i was
only doing this as a test. after i went back in and
unchecked the "USE CACHED EXCHANGE MODE" option, exited
Outlook then got back in the offline folders were still
there. is there any way to get rid of these folders as
they may cause confusion in the environment here at the
office.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
