I want disable offline folder settings for the exchange
server, but the "disable offline use" button is
inactive. Can anybody help?

Um, ask in an Exchange group?

Offhand I'd guess you're running in Cached mode, in which case you can't
disable the offline folders. Check under the Exchange Server name (first
screen you see in the service configuration) if the Cached Mode checkbox
is checked. If it is, uncheck it, then see if you can disable offline
folder use.
