Outlook 2003 on domain question

Using Outlook 2003 on a domain client. I added a seperate pop
email account that is not run through exchange.

I cannot send htm links to web pages without getting ....

"outlook blocked access to the following potentially unsafe attachments"

This is happening when I send email .....little weird.

Any help appreciated

Not weird at all actually. It's part of the Outlook Security features that
were implemented several versions ago.
