Outlook 2003 on Office 2003

I've installede office 2003 on my PC working with Exchange server.
When start outlook during connection on Exchange server application crash
and report error on outex.dll file.
I've tryed to install SP3 without solution.
I've also tryed to search registry key Resiliency but i've not found it.
Other solutions? (or i must disinstall and reinstall office?)
