Outlook 2003 opens with a business contact manager error

Each time I open Outlook I get a message that BCM encountered an error and
asks if I want to send a report to MSFT. Whether or not I choose yes or no,
Outlook will not initialize and stay open. Is it possible that an automatic
update caused the issue as it wasn't an issue two days ago.

Hi twocapns,

Can you repro this issue with a new profile configured with BCM? Create a
new BCM database.
Are you using Vista?

Thank you for the response. I have XP Pro. I finally uninstalled BCM and now
Outlook works correctly, but no contact mgr. I did create a new profile and
still got the error.

Hi twocapns,

What caused BCM to end up in this state? Is it just installing BCM on top
of Outlook? or did you do any other action? Can you please mention the exact
steps?
