I have a user who is running Office 2003 on a Windows XP SP2 machine
who is getting the "operation failed" message whenever she tries to
print multiple emails (some with attachments) from another user's
mailbox. She has full access to the other user's mail file. Another
message she gets is "message headers cannot be printed. Download the
complete message and then print".
Will performing an office update fix these issues?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
