Outlook 2003 Option windows

When opened outlook 2003 tools options windows, I'm not able to see 20%
from the right handside of the windows..I'm not able to see any of the
fields notes option, journal options..
I have already uninstalled from the add and removed program office
2003, but it did not help..
Please advise.

This is not a programming question, this is a programming group.

Try a different display driver or a different screen resolution or Windows
DPI setting.
