Outlook 2003 out of office

I am using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003 and one of my users is showing up
as out of the office when someone tries to set up a meeting with her. Her
out of office is disabled, no rules are set up, I recreated her profile and
reinstalled Office 2003 and it did not correct this. She receives email just
fine this is only when setting up a meeting.
