Outlook 2003 & Outlook Express

I have been using Outlook Express without any problems.
Because some of software will only work with Outlook I
setup Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manger. I have
found the program (Outlook) crashes for no apparent
reason. I have both Outlook and Express running
together. Is that the problem? Any help would be
appreciated. Thank you.

Outlook crashes how? What happens? Error messages?

Outlook & Outlook Express work fine together, with the exception that you
must choose only one as your default mail client. Also, they cannot share
message stores.
