After furious head scratching, darkwave74 asked:
| Hi Milly
|
| Thanks for the suggestions. I ran the Detect and Repair which
| completed fine but did not fix the problem. I deleted and recreated
| the email profile and that did not fix the problem either. When I
| created this persons email profile on another computer running
| Outlook 2003, the Outlook Today screen opens fine without crashing
| Outlook. Should I just uninstall their Office 2003 and re-install
| it? Or downgrade to Office XP? Or maybe there is a registry hack?
| Thank you for you time. - John
