I have a person running Outlook 2003 and now when he changing the view from
Inbox to Outlook Today it crashes Outlook.exe. It was working fine last week.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Run Detect and Repair - if that doesn't work, create a new mail profile.

Hi Milly

Thanks for the suggestions. I ran the Detect and Repair which completed
fine but did not fix the problem. I deleted and recreated the email profile
and that did not fix the problem either. When I created this persons email
profile on another computer running Outlook 2003, the Outlook Today screen
opens fine without crashing Outlook. Should I just uninstall their Office
2003 and re-install it? Or downgrade to Office XP? Or maybe there is a
registry hack? Thank you for you time. - John

Last resort - remove and reinstall Office.
