Outlook 2003 -> Outlook XP

I have been using Outlook 2003 Beta successfully for
sometime. However when I go to an Outlook XP machine I
can no longer carry out the following functions:

GAL lookups (the GAL looks blank)
View scheduling information on a appointment
I also get an error stating can not update free/busy info

I have tried deleting my profile but I still get the same
issues

1) Try running scanpst.exe on the file and see if it comes up with anything

2) Try creating a new 97-2002 pst-file and copy your items to it. See if it
works now in both programs. Create new items in it with both programs and
see if it still works. It is BETA so compatibility issues could be the case.
