Outlook 2003 Password

Has anyone found a real fix for the problem of request for password
continuously showing up and not frequently not working? There is a fix
described in the help that requres a change to the registry; but it doesn't
work.

Connect to http://support.microsoft.com/, select Microsoft Office Outlook
2003 as the product, and enter "password prompt" as the search string. Read
the articles with which you are presented. I suspect
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=290684 will be the most helpful, but it
depends on your situation.
