Outlook 2003 Personal Folders Backup problem

cWhen I try to back up the personal folders file I go to File/Backup. It
opens the Outlook Personal Folders Backup menu, which says "No files set for
backup."

I click on "Options"; in the "Backup Files" window, it says "No personal
folders files are currently open," which is not true. The "Browse" button
under the "File Location" window is not activated.

Outlook 2003 is working fine otherwise, but I can't seem to make the backup
tool work.
