Outlook 2003 Phantom Messages

I am experiencing a problem with OL2003, It is in
workgroup mode with multiple e-mail accounts and is
sending 2 messages to accounts i have download options to
but not upload so i am getting an error with the
credentials. The error isnt the issue, the problem is that
I cant find the messages in the outbox or drafts!

All the mail accounts except my primary account are set to
recieve mail only and they are working fine, just cant
find these mail messages to delete them as OL2003 keeps
trying to send them.

I have run scanpst on my pst file with no erros.

Can no-one help on this, it is most irratating as OL2003
tries to send these messages every couple of mins and i
have to cancel 3 times each message to carry on working or
i have to close OL.
