Outlook 2003 Pictures

I still can't get pictures from newsletter e-mails to come through.
When I right click the picture and select download picture, the screen
flashes but no pictures appear. It worked for about a day when I first
install Outlook 2003, but now I can't get any pictures to show.

I've change the automatic download settings to allow all picture and still
nothing happens. I can right click and save the address to the safe sender
list. Verify that it was added to the list but still no picture.

Does anyone have an idea of what is going on? I've seen a few other posts
with this problem. Did the MS update cause this?

Make sure your settings allow HTML. Tools>options>mail format> Internet
Format> & there should be a check by "When a message contains HTML..." Also
look at your other settings for HTML/Plain Text options. Uncheck "Don't allow
auto download of HTML."

Thanks for the response. Those settings were set right.
The problem turned out to be my Firewall. It was set to block the picture
downloads, but it was allowing me to get to my mail server for e-mails.
