Outlook 2003 Pop3 account redownloads email

I have just installed Outlook 2003 and choose to upgrade
from Outlook Express 6. Now when i download my email via
POP3 Outlook 2003 it constatnly re downloads the same
emails into the inbox. Any ideas on how i can correct
this? Outlook Express did not have this problem.

I have to keep the email on the server but want.
