When selecting a message in OL that is bigger than the preview window,
the slider buttons are not displayed in the preview window.
You have to double-click on the message header line to display the
complete message, or click in the preview windows and use the keyboard
to move up or down. When the cursor reaches the bottom of the
displayed message, the slider magically appears! This is a problem if
you have an overworked CEO who receives a few hundred emails a day.
The header information in the preview window also takes up an
inordinate amount of space, even if it is sometimes completely blank.
Single key reading by space bar works as advertised.
The editor is Outlook's own editor.
This only happens to text emails - rich text and html works fine.
Any ideas?
