Outlook 2003 printing issues with Headers and Footers

I have a bunch of emails to print from one folder. I have removed all
references in Page Setup Headers/Footers, but still have the Page 1ofX in hte
upper right and Date in the lower left printing. I even changed the font
color to white, but still these print. Is there a default setting I need to
turn off?

You don't suppose it's a "feature" of your printer software? Sounds like
it's being applied after Outlook is done with the job.

I don't think so, I have tried 3 printers each one different. Still the date
and pages print. I even changed the font color to white. Still prints.
