Outlook 2003 printing

I have a user who is using Outlook 2003. When he prints a plain text email it
shows someone else's name on the coversheet when he prints to a network
printer (message style). All of the HTML emails print correctly with his
name on the coversheet. Any ideas how to fix?

Since "cover" or flag or banner pages are nothing Outlook controls
you'll need to look elsewhere, like in the printer itself. It would b
more likely Windows or the printer deciding what to put on the banne
page
