Has anyone else experienced a problem deleting incoming e-
mail? This is not a global problem, it's just in
relation to one e-mail [from NYTimes Direct]. When I
click on the message the preview window tells me the item
cannot be displayed in the Reading Pane. It then
instructs me to open the item to read its contents. When
I double click to open the message it tells me "item
cannot be opened" [big surprise]. Whatever information
was in the e-mail is no longer timely [it arrive on
10/10/2003] and I just want to delete it, but when I try
to do so it tells me "unknown error"
Is there a way for me to make this durned e-mail go away?
