Outlook 2003 problem with "Reply"

Hi,
I have Windows XP Professional SP2 (all current updates) and Outlook 2003,
which now won't allow me to Reply to an email. What happens is this:
When I click Reply it brings up the email, but as soon as I click the Icon
beside the To: line, Outlook locks up and forces me to ctrl/alt/del and end
the task.
I've run Detect/Repair but it finds no problems.
Any ideas ?
