Outlook 2003 Problems #2: Global vs. Local settings

The "default" views for each mail folder in Outlook 2003
are hideous. Granted that's my opinion, others may love
them. So I want to change them back to the way I had them
in Office XP. However, I apparently have to go to each
individual folder to remove the lines, and not group.
Considering that I'm a heavy email user, the concept of
having to go through each of these folders is quite
annoying. Are the ways to control this globally?

Thanks for the tip.

I don't recall going through any process like that. While
using Outlook 2002/XP, I had the Personal Folder
available. I then upgraded. I don't recall any option
for connecting, as it was already connected from Out2k2.

Regarding the global settings, I really hope there's an
option like that available. Forcing users to change
without any notification and/or option to turn on the
change is a serious no-no in customer satisfaction. Oh
well. Caveat emptor.

Try Go - Shortcuts then pick the folders you want on your
bar. Should give you the look you want
