Outlook 2003 process will not close.

I have removed my antivirus scanner, turned off all add ins, but it still
will not shut down. Multiple reboots have not helped. I have no other
programs running. It was recommended to look at
http://www.slipstick.com/problems/close.asp and I do not have any of those
programs running.

Removed AV scanner, does this mean uninstalled it?
If not uninstall it, reboot, repair OL (Detect/Repair) reinstall AV without
the OL intergration

Tried starting OL with the safe switch, then how does it behave?
What add ins are available?

Thanks for the ideas, but I had already done all this. What I found was that
the Microsoft Calendar Views (OCSetup.msi) was my problem. When I
uninstalled it, the problem stopped.
