Outlook 2003 Profile Prompt & Communicator 2007

I am on a network running microsoft exchange and outlook 2003. I have 3
Outlook profiles setup and have the option "Prompt for a profiel to be used"
selected. This was working fine for years until recently when Office
Communicator 2007 was installed. Now when I close Outlook and reopen it, I
no longer get the prompt to select a profile. The only way I can get the
prompt to appear again is to shut down Communicator and then re-open Outlook.
Is there a solution to this so I don't have to exit Communicator each time I
want to switch Outlook profiles?
