Hi,
I am rolling out XP SP2 with Office 2003 (no service packs). After the
machines go out SMS2003 is making some changes via the maintenance wizard.
Out of 150 pc's/users I now have 10% of them with this issue where after
they reboot their PC's and log back, outlook generates a new profile called
"Backup of Default". No matter what profile I choose to use, it just keeps
creating them and adding a number "Backup of Default1,2,3,4"
Any ideas? I'm wondering if it's because some people are in outlook whan
the maintenance wizard runs but I'm not really getting my finger on the cause.
