Hello,
I have placed this question several times before without any luck:
I also noticed that after a "Read Receipt" is sent, the message is not
present
in the "Sent" folder. I want to be able to have a copy of the sent message.
How can I accomplish this ?
I have a "read receipt" in the "Outbox" and can not get rid of it because is
not
visible (there is nothing in the folder) and keeps trying to send it every
"Send and Receive"
How can I get rid of the hidden message (without allowing it to go out)?
Thanks

I am having problems sending a "read receipt" when one is requested.
In "Tools" -> "Options" -> "Tracking Options" I use "Ask me before sending a
response"
When a person asks for a "read receipt" I can accept or decline, but when I
allow a read receipt to be sent I do not find it in the "Sent" folder. And
subsequently the person is not receiving it.
I also observed that once I accepted to send a receipt, one of my other
accounts (not default) and not the one I received the email "To" is trying
to send an email but there is nothing in the "OutBox".
Now every time is doing a "Send and Receive" is displaying an error
because is not able to send that message. I can set up the account to
send that message but since I don't know what is trying to send I will not
do that.
I really don't understand this behavior ?!
The person did not send me a virus or anything, the email was in plain text
w/o attachments.
This is a fresh install of MS Office 2003 Prof with SP1 applied.
OS: XP Prof
Can someone give me a hand on this please?
Thanks
