Outlook 2003 Read/Send Receipts

T

Trefilov22

I am looking for a way to streamline my tracking of messages. Right now it
seems as though I have to manually open all of my receipts so that the
tracking tab will even be an option on the original sent message. Is there a
way to streamline this process so that I don't have to manually open all the
receipts?

Also do receipts only work from other Exchange Servers? I have received
receipts from some other companies, but even after manually opening them, the
tracking tab will not show up in the original sent message for me to view the
response times.

Thanks in advance for the help!

In your tracking options, have Outlook automatically track items and then
delete them.

Receipts work for clients that can use them and when people choose to send
them. Not all mail clients support them and many that do allow users to not
send them, including Exchange.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
