Outlook 2003 - Receive same message over and over - server timeout

Here is my issue:

Every time I send/receive in outlook 2003, I receive the same 2 emails,
sometimes as many as 10 copies, and the server times out. The timeout error
is Ox800CCC0F)

I do not have the option to leave a copy on the server checked. Please
help.....

Have you option of going in via web mail and deleting the 2 mails or will
the ISP reset the mailbox

I have accessed my email account on the comcast web page, deleted the
emails, they just keep coming back...

If they keep coming back into the account on the ISP servers then I would
contact the ISP
