Outlook 2003 & receiving or sending pictures...

Is there any "add-in" or anything that can allow one to
create a PLAIN TEXT email but have a picture in the email,
not as an attachement, like in Outlook Express? thus when
viewing the email you can see the picture in the preview
mode, and not have to open it as an attachment.

Hope this makes sense...
