Outlook 2003 Recurring Appts

I use OL 2003 for monthly bills, etc. When I get a periodic change in
payment like an ARM mortgage adjustment I change the monthly amount due
starting at the new date and into the future. However, I lose all previous
payments data - which I need to keep. Can I change some of the text in the
Appointment and not have to lose all my past history of payments. This seems
like a pretty normal thing that folks would want to do. If OL 2003 does not
do this - does ver. 2007?

it should stay in the notes field unless you make other changes. Note that
making notes in recurring appointments is not a very reliable method if you
need to keep the notes forever. You'd be better off ending the appointment
and making a new appointment with new notes.

if you are changing the subject, yes it will change for every appointment in
the recurrance.
