Outlook 2003 recurring task assignment

Hi,

Is there any way of assigning 1 occurrence of a recurring task to someone
else?

I'm the keeper of a particular task but each month a different person does
it, I want to make it so that I can assign it to them for the month and then
when it's completed for the month I can assign it to the next person.

Is this possible?
