When sending picture attachments in Outlook 2003 I use to be presented with
the option of reducing the picture size prior to sending. The option no
longer appears and picutes are attached at full size. This happened to me
once before and I recall there is a command you can type in the "run"
application to restore the option.
Could anyone advise of the command.
