outlook 2003 reminders

How can I get Outlook to present me with a dialogue box (showing reminder
details) each time a single reminder becomes due (as the old version outlook
2000 did). Now with outlook 2003 I get all reminders in a single dialogue box
that parks itself and does not appear on my screen unless I click on it. This
is not good as I keep missing my reminders.

could dismiss them, snooze them, or dismiss all without bringing up multiple
