I have read a bunch of posts on this subject in this forum but I am not
having much luck setting up the correct reply formatting.
I want to setup outlook 2003 so that I get the > in front of my test so
that I can reply. I believe that is the proper mark to use, is that
correct?
I am also not sure why I am getting a blue bar across the side of the
email when I click reply? I setup to use RTF and NOT use word as the
email editor. I went to TOOLS/OPTIONS/ Mail Options and set to prefix
each reply with > but I get a blue bar and sometimes I get > or >> etc.
How should this look and what do the multiple >> mean?
Is there anything that helps cut and paste the text or is that strictly
a manual process? How do I reply and then format the message properly,
should I still use the person's name to start the message and then put
my response below it?
Thanks
