Outlook 2003 frequently stops responding, especially when I try to move
e-mail from the Junk e-mail folder to my inbox. Also, when I close Outlook,
I frequently get a message indicating that Outlook has encountered a problem
and will shut down. I have used detect and repair several times and any fix
always seems temporary. Any suggestions? Should Office be delected and
re-installed?
