Outlook 2003 Resource Scheduling cannot connect to server

Hi,

My setup is this:
Server: Exchange Server 2003
Client: Outlook 2003.
Client OS: XP Sp2 (firewall not running)

I'm trying to make the automatic meeting approvals for resource calendars.

When I'm trying to go to tools - options - calendar > resource shceduling my
client hangs up for about a minute after I click the "resource
scheduling..." button and tells me that I need a connection to server.

I'm connected to the server and working online. I can send and receive
messages at the same time, and also check out calendars etc.

It seems that my other probelm is because of same misconfiguration or
whatever causes this problem.

I can send and receive messages and create appointments to calendars which
I'm editing, but whenever I try plan a meeting I cannot retrieve schedules
from any shared calendars.

Does anyone know what to do?
